Mike Tetley – Managing Director Qualified in Engineering, Marketing (CIM) and Company Direction (IOD), my career has taken me through Sales, Export Sales and Sales & Marketing Management in leading UK engineering companies. Topped by 15 years in Executive Search my personal business has primarily been in the Engineering and Manufacturing environment.I now specialise in recruiting key high calibre individuals for companies in the High Tech manufacturing arena. The candidates we introduce to clients are those at the top of their game; my clients come back because they know we give them the opportunity to talk to well qualified candidates and that we will not waste their time asking them to interview people who do not fit their culture.
